Found out my light therapy lamp that I bought in late spring for some reason still kind of helps me get going in the morning but does absolutely nothing for the seasonal depression. so that’s cool.

Vitamin D helps me. I had to get a very weird kind because the coating on most was making things worse in other ways. I also take a somewhat high dose.
