It could be the thing that makes Home Assistant suddenly interesting for many ““normies””.
Can anyone provide any more context besides a github that only has a multi-page code of conduct as the readme?
I thought homeassistant rolled out voice control features around the end of last year/start of this one.
This is going to be a new hardware product, so presumably something like an Amazon echo
like a voice assistant? that would be awesome for us - the Google nest va is profoundly dumb
And getting dumber
Yes I have tried with the tiny m5 voice hardware and it’s seriously useful. But the mic and speaker are so compromised that it only works within a few feet. I want something like the first gen Google Home device, that works from across the room, and doesn’t constantly get false positives
Yes. Can’t wait to get rid of Google home.
Not sure that’s a leak but couple of pictures available. Will add them later
You should be able to follow the devs here https://github.com/esphome/home-assistant-voice-pe
/# Very important do not remove. Trust me :D
