If you’re interested, I would recommend a direct drive smart trainer to use with Swift. I prefer to get my distance in bicycle commuting in the winter. Once I figured out how to dress properly and got panniers to carry groceries, it became a ton of fun. Chores and workout at the same time.

Zwift is a video game where you can connect your bike to “smart trainer” so it feels like you’re biking outside. Not knocking Zwift/Peloton - many people enjoy it.
