Try roasting it. It gets a totally different flavor. Chop into florets and stem disks, toss in oil, salt, bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes.

My family and I watched it tonight and we all enjoyed it, thanks for bringing it to our attention!
I’d first seen Giamatti in Private Parts, and then spent a few years calling him Pig Vomit (as Stern called him in the movie) for a few years before realizing I was actually a fan of his.
I also have a weakness for boarding school movies for some weird reason.
The first half played out as a combination of The Breakfast Club and Dead Poets Society, and then it finally came into its own, and used all of those parts it had put into play so very, very well.
Except for Pierce.
He was semen in several bottles.
I’ve seen her in The Punisher, too. Very distinctive voice, and as you say, she is a phenomenal performer.
The recipients signed off on the sale.
Fringe. It seems like a monster-of-the-week show but has two deep and ongoing long burn plots, and both get to reach their end, if a bit rushed.
I ordered my wife’s gift a few days ago and over the weekend we planned what we will gift to family members.
In years past I’ve gotten gifts as much as eight months early if I found the perfect gift.
Back in 2002 or so I got the perfect gift for my now ex-brother in law. He was a huge Hitchcock fan and a coworker who collected life masks ended up with an extra Hitchcock.
Now life masks were made for special effects in movies, and were essentially a cast of the head used to make models.
For most of a year I had a paper bag on my living room table, the top neatly folded over.
I got to experience the joy, over and over, of people asking what was in the bag, telling them it was “Alfred Hitchcock’s head,” and seeing the shocked reaction when Hitchcock stared back up at them.
And the jerk of my ex-brother in law loved it too.
Edit: I figured I’d put in an image of an identical life mask, what people would see when they peek into the bag:
I assumed this when she ended up with an wrist brace.
Had she actually been hurt at all she would’ve insisted on a full cast.
