TBH I think he should serve time, but I don’t expect him to. Even if he gets sentenced, some politician is probably going to make a stunt out of pardoning him.

Broad daylight Murder seems like one of the easiest crimes to get away with in the USA, looking at examples like Rittenhouse, Daniel Perry, that guy who killed a homeless man and was let off earlier this week.

  • In a place where nobody would ever look for it, then yeah, but if he didn’t have that chance then it would be stupid to leave a trail of evidence. Idk about the specifics of it’s manufacturing (it was a 3D printed gun) but it might be pretty incriminating if they found it and compared it to files on his computer or matching filaments.

The best way to hide any crime is to leave nothing. No traces whatsoever.

  • Lol, imprisoning a person is the least violent option. It’s the basis for all justice that a person can be kept alive while awaiting trial or reform. Without it, the only method of law enforcement available would be to kill suspects on sight without trial.

If you love the wild west so much you should try living in undeveloped areas of south america, such as near the rainforests, or in parts of Africa being contested by warlords.

  • His social media fits the bill. He reviewed the book his casing referenced, he had a history of spinal surgeries the X-Rays of which were his banner. He praised one author for saying peaceful protest were ineffective. His high school acquaintances say he went a little crazy after his back problems started, he lost contact with a lot of people in the months prior to the event.

He was caught with a Fake ID, a real firearm, and $10,000 cash.

Chances are his plan was to fade away, start a new life, but in his sleep deprived state wandered into a McDonalds near or in a Mall.

  • Biden delivered more than most presidents ever will on the subject, the FTC was actively investigating entire markets and recommending cases to the DOJ over monopoly and price gouging, a Federal Judge literally just decided the Krogers-Albertson Merger would be halted as a result.

He reverse the Inflation Rate trend that occurred under the Trump admin in his first few months as president, despite it being caused by a literal Plague on all of humanity.

He deserved a victory lap, people are just fucking morons for not seeing how much was being done for their benefit. And now, they’re going to be blind to all of it being undone, as well.

  • You know, a lot of claims that Blue Cross suddenly got up, arranged a board meeting, drew up papers, and signed off on them in a matter of hours are flying around, but that seems a little unbelievable to me.

The governor was on the news railing on them a little while before the policy reversal, and protests were going on for long before that, so I kind of doubt the reversal had anything to do with Brian and Luigi.
