Lead to other drugs, no.
Mind the shavings
Lead to other drugs, no.
Luigi did have that entire parallel adventure in paper mario: the thousand-year door.
Speedtraitor.
“Oops lol”, McConnell continued.
Thank god.
I’ve been standing for so long with no end in sight.
Tens of millions of lives ruined by “just good business” is the headline.
Stop worshipping profit or everything will get worse, even if there are no violent responses.
Everybody talking about anything else in this case is lying by omission.
His name is Bret Stephens, and apparently he is a complete joke of a man.
I can so I should, and if I did then it was right.
He’s also pro-psychedelics, which is fantastic. We have decades of research and normalization to catch up on.
He’s his own brand of crazy. We’re still better off without him by about a trillion percent. Not even close to worth it.
Aren’t quarks made up of the nothingness, the vacuum of space, somehow vibrating? I feel like that’s what smart people have been trying to tell me.
If that’s correct, then the nothing is the source of the something.
What if we don’t move on, and then call that moving on?
Luigi’s main mistake was not making millions upon millions of dollars by killing a CEO. He forgot the part that would have made it moral.
It’s immoral to be more mad about Brian Thompson’s death than about the countless millions he killed and tortured and bankrupted with his pen.
The killer is a symptom, not of Brian Thompson but of the system he was a replaceable figurehead for. If we have less violent means of stopping insurance executives murdering millions, we should jump at them. Can’t let millions die like that though. Do anything else.
Even making the discussion about Luigi is a little misleading in the wider sense, although it’s not invalid by default to discuss it.
The good timeline peeked into this one for a second there. Can’t have that threat to Traditional Family Values Brand ™️ dystopia
They lie by redefining “fair” as “I win”, so the pollster, while being completely normal and reasonable, missed the point entirely.
Board of directors are the real issue.
CEOs are just celebrity lackeys.
I think this is one of those accounts that exists solely so I can block it.
That’s a pretty Brian Thompson thing to do.
The people who don’t want to acknowledge that the system causes suffering don’t want to do it precisely because they have suffered and continue to suffer, and seeing how big the fountain of suffering is would be too painful. It doesn’t make it past their brain’s guard dog.
The replier fails to see that suffering because they’re numbing their own suffering by hating people richer than them, and if they stopped, they’d have to deal with something they might not be ready for. It doesn’t make it past their brain’s guard dog.
I for one am a fan of everybody doing UI Fediverse improvements. It is very literally paving the future of the internet, because the future of the internet is not corporate bullshit. The Fediverse needs to be as slick as possible, and more people working on that is sorely, sorely needed!
