I’m probably getting downvoted for this, but tripadvisor has been good for me. Not a lot of opinions compared to Google Maps but I have yet to find a shit restaurant in their top 10 places.

Isn’t it common that shitty places, like a fries stand in a village festival or in tourist areas, recycle oil all the time, and the food tastes like bad oil?

My friend once asked a guy at the fries stand if he changed his oil this month. The guy was visibly shaken and said of course he has, this oil is no more than a week old.

Diaspora has been a federated Facebook, there was a point in time when it peaked and after Mastodon and later Lemmy came out, it’s a ghosttown. Looks like people didn’t need a federated Facebook after all.

The kind for whom stupid software with ads is made. The kind who give 0 stars to open source software on google play for dumb reasons. The ones who are offended by a program being named “GIMP” or “daemon”.

You are a very patient person, i would refuse the first time. I’m sure she apreciates you and was thankful to be with someone who can bear with her, and did not get silent treatment.

Where are you from? I was in Subway after a long break (a few years) and the only thing that changed was that they added vegan options, everything was as fresh and tasty as I remembered it. And expensive. Eastern EU here.
